Oh man where do I start, we booked this agency for a European tour and we were not satisfied. First off they had us booked at a TRANSIENT HOME. I thought it was a hotel but it was a cheap transient home in a suburb. It was not fun at all. When we opened the fridge, I was shocked by the sight of this giant spider! My husband took the picture and had sent it to this agency but they said that it was not their problem but it was the transient home's problem. So we spent money going to a hotel and just forget about that and enjoy our trip. we spent much more but I cant post pictures of the good hotel because it was not part of your service. Instead I will post pictures of the bad things that we encountered during your handling of our booking.
Not professional at all especially when info is needed from your travel agent while on your honeymoon and never even get a response back!
