I think the service was exceptional. Carolina was very professional, helpful thorough and patient. I can be very impashant at times but Carolina remained professional and always found a way to make the best of it and come me down . she's an amazin worker and very profecianal best in customer service for PS then she awesome.
Talked with Carolina / Jane. My questions about payment options were answered promptly and I was given the data I needed to do EFT from my bank instead of through their website. We now have the optimum storage unit for our situation and it took less than 2 minutes to complete both the transaction and the exchange of information. We are also happy with the climate controlled storage unit itself.
