Its terrible!
So I called to see if they had any dresses because one of my close friends said that they sometimes don't have any dresses and when I did call to make sure that had It the salesperson on the phone was very rude and he anwser was "of course we have dresses this is a clothes store... no duh" and it was in a very rude tone
I dig the store and the staff try their best. But man these customers are something honestly

Ordering from this website is the absolute worst and a nightmare. I placed a $95.00 order on the Charlotte Russe website on Thursday, July 28, 2016. They used FedEx services to pickup and deliver my package to my local U.S. Post Office. My package has been out for delivery since 9:06 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. I have called FedEx, the U.S. Postal Service, and Charlotte Russe. None of them can tell me where my package is and why I haven't received it. The best the U.S. Post Office could do was tell me they don't remember seeing my package. Not that they were working on finding it, or that it was delivered and lost, or that they've made any inquires towards finding my missing package. Charlotte Russe refuses to give me a refund and told me that it will take up to two weeks for them to look into my lost package. The U.S. Post Office says that my package has to be missing for two weeks before I can file a claim. Why do I need to wait two weeks when all parties have made it very clear that they didn't deliver my package, they don't have it at their facilities, and they don't know where it is? Absolute NIGHTMARE! I recommend that no one purchase from this website. The customer service is awful and not helpful at all. And through all of this I still haven't received my package or a refund.
