Going to the dentist has never been something I've looked forward to, but Designer Smiles Dentistry is always very welcoming and does an amazing job on all its dental work. The staff are very friendly and the office is always clean and well-prepped. I have been coming here for six years to get regular cleanings, fillings, extractions and more. Dr. Hsieh has always been very accommodating and makes sure to never leave out any details concerning my treatments. He spares no expense and also equips the room with a massage chair for the patient as well as a TV to watch Netflix. My fillings all look very natural and don't cause me any discomfort. I highly recommend Designer Smiles to anyone looking for an amiable environment to get excellent dental work done in.
Dr. Hsieh has an exceptional chair-side manner and always goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable throughout my dental procedures. I’ve been going to Dr. Hsieh for over 4 years. He is very detail oriented and revealed things about my teeth that no other dentist has seen. During one visit, he found a very deep cavity that required deep drilling. Throughout the whole procedure he made sure I was pain free and ultimately, saved me from needing a root canal in the future. All of my fillings are so natural looking, I can't even tell there are fillings in my mouth! In addition to his impressive knowledge and skills, he is honest and trustworthy. His staff is inviting, the office is high-tech, and clean. I love the chairs and I can even watch Netflix while having a cleaning/procedure! Pick Dr. Hsieh, you will be in good hands!
I am no stranger to dental office visits because genetically my teeth have been bad since my childhood. I always envied those who are born with strong teeth and only need routine check-ups and cleaning, too bad my visits to dental offices were always painful experience of dealing with emergencies. However, my dental experience changed since I came to Dr. Hsieh a few years ago. I was very impressed in my first major treatment that I did not sensed the needles when Dr. Hsieh made several injections to my gum. (Dr. Hsieh is really a blessing for patients who are afraid of needles). Dr. Hsieh took care of my problemic teeth, gum disease, cavities, and unfit crown and bridges that my previous dentists failed to fix. Dr. hsieh designed very nice front teeth for me. It's very satisfying to hear compliments of my new teeth and people didn't realize they are not my original teeth. Now I also just have to do my routine check-ups and cleaning. Entrusting Dr. Hsieh with my teeth, I feel so much relieve in recent years. In addition, he is humorous and friendly, always manages to reduce my anxiety. The staff and assistants are all very caring and Kathleen is always patient and sweet. I strongly recommend anyway who has the fear of visiting dental office to try out Dr. Hsieh's Designer Smile Dentistry.
