The place is absolutely awesome, but the staff is absolutely terrible. Waited for 1 hour to get a beer and food. I couldn't enjoy the game because we had to wait for our food and beer. I will not go here again unless they will change the staff or hire more people.
A Family friendly atmosphere, great staff and ample parking. The kitchen area needs to be updated.
Five Stars solely because of Kimara aka Kim, my office team and I came to Garden City Lanes and we were immediately greeted by Kim who made us feel welcomed and ready to have a good time, needless to say, Kim checked us in within mere seconds, saw that our group had the correct shoe sizes and directed us to our lane where she made sure we were all settled and pointed to the various amenities that the place had to offer. Upon leaving, she said goodbye and even remembered our names! If you plan on coming here, do yourself a favor and book your party with Kim and you will not be disappointed!
Nice, clean lanes with a lively atmosphere. Great prices and unlimited bowling after a certain time. Sometimes the pins don't reset the right way. Also, the kitchen seems a little understaffed; we waited half an hour for a pizza (and they don't let you bring outside food). If you're not serious about bowling but want a nice place to chill on a Friday night, it's good to go here.
